A min/max framework that uncovered the biggest lead-time lever was hidden in our own process.

Built an Excel-based stocking strategy model with ABC segmentation, tier-based safety stock, and 12-month forward simulation. Surfaced that 42% of parts could hit target lead times without any vendor action — by cutting an unmeasured 21-day internal processing buffer.

Sixteen weekly reports, each earning its complexity by the gap the previous one revealed.

Designed and iterated a multi-dimensional accountability framework over 16 weeks that took past-due line volume from the mid-300s to the low 60s. Introduced a three-way root-cause classification (Expedite / Full-LT Late / Late-to-Promise) that fundamentally changed how vendor reviews are conducted.

I'm a supply chain manager who builds. After more than a decade managing strategic sourcing, multi-site procurement, and supplier performance — including $235M in annual spend — I started treating AI and automation tools the same way I treat any other operational lever: as something to learn deeply, deploy intentionally, and measure rigorously.

The case studies on this site are real projects from my current role, sanitized for public sharing. Each one solves an operational problem with a combination of supply chain expertise, data analysis, and generative AI — the kind of work that's becoming table-stakes for the next generation of supply chain leadership.
